The Salary Package
The NEG starting salary package is $90-100K (Inc Car Allowance) The OTE for commission is an extra $75K, bringing the total package to $160-175K 1st year. The commission component is paid monthly and the budget is realistic and achievable.
Your new employer is part of a global organisation that provides high end commercial interior products to a number of markets including Corporate, Government & Education. You will be working for an established supplier that is well respected and will be selling a product that is reliable and highly regarded.
Your new role is taking over an established territory of clients including channel partners and architects and interior designers across NSW & ACT. Your role will be split into servicing the A&D’s and dealer networks 50/50. The role is autonomous but is working with a small close knit team in NSW and will report into management based from Melbourne. The role itself is centred around relationship building and getting the product specified by designers and then working with the channel partners to get the sale over the line.
We are seeking sales candidates with the following skills and experience;
- Proven commercial specification sales experience, ideally from furniture, lighting, flooring or any interior product background.
- Previous experience of selling and specifying to A&D across NSW and ideally ACT.
- Established network of relationships with commercial specifiers.
- Passion for building relationships and being client facing.
- Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets and budgets in your career.
- Desire to work for a global company where there will be opportunities to develop your career in other areas and even overseas.
